Coffee abort with latte macchiato

Hello
, I got a Nicr 855 because it
makes
no more coffee.

Now after 2 times decalcify the runs again.
BUT with latte macchiato she makes the milk and coffee she breaks off.
With normal coffee she does work normally.
What can this be
