Now we're getting a repair quote from Media Markt. It says: Disassemble machine, replace pomace container and brewing group. Cost estimate as the inner housing is mechanically occupied. Mechanical damage not included in fixed price. Costs 401,
08 Euro.

I wonder what I made the extra guarantee for. It does not say that mechanical damage

is

impossible

I would not conclude a warranty extension for such devices, is not worth it.
