tes 50358, you have had

the problem for quite some time that the coffee only brews lukewarm despite the highest heating level. What kind of problem does the machine have or who can help me with it

The heating element may have a defect...

One of the two heating coils in the instantaneous water heater has probably gone.
Can be read with the ohmeter .
