Hello,

a few days ago we bought a DeLonghi ESAM 03.105 Magnifica coffee machine and we are breaking new ground. Already after a few days the front door opens a few seconds after switching on the machine. I read a bit and found out that the "clamp" or probably the sledge (?) that holds the brew group in place can be the trigger if it has play - which it does!

My question: What do I use as a guide to determine the correct sitting position of the sled? In some pictures they tend to be tilted to the left rather than in a vertical position.
