WMF Customer Service

Hello,

I have a WMF fully automatic coffee machine type "Bistro 8400", incl. maintenance contract with WMF customer service.

As the maintenance contract seems very expensive to me (more than 1500,- EUR / year) I am looking for alternatives.

As I could not find a provider despite intensive search and googling yet, I turn to all in this forum.

Do you know an alternative supplier for a maintenance contract of the said machine?

I don't think Beanys Coffe Shop really dares the new Bistro!

I think the Wmf 1000 will rather be repaired and maintained.
Surely the full maintenance contract is somewhat more expensive. However, you can be sure that the machine is running and if something is defective it will be done for free.
After all the WMF customer service has almost all spare parts in the car. With the dealer around the corner you will have there rather bad maps.
With such a big machine one would like to prevent also longer downtimes
