Hello,

I get a coffee machine with a grinder for Christmas and wanted to explore me once for good coffee.
I drink already long coffee, have already porbiert a lot, but honestly said I have no idea what exactly one drinks so. I often drink a Lavazza coffee from a fully automatic machine at the company. As I have already read here, it is a well-known coffee, but none that should be so good. I already like it. That's why I wanted to find out what I could buy for a cup of coffee. I would like to try some "better" coffee and thus explore myself with you connoisseurs. Above all, I don't quite understand what to buy. Most coffees are called something with an espresso...". I want a coffee that is suitable for my new grinding machine and I am still satisfied with the taste. I like stronger coffee, but not too strong either. I hope you can help me and I learn something about the right types of coffee :-)

Gruß
Thomas

Well, the "real coffee" doesn't exist! biggrin.gif All a question of taste! If you prefer a strong note, then you should grab an espresso with little acidity.

There are tasting packages at various smaller roasting plants, that would be a good idea to taste yourself "through".

The advantage of small roasting plants is, of course, that the beans are really freshly roasted.

If I don't have time to roast them myself, I use espresso from ..... Aldi. Due to the high throughput of these products, fresh beans are often caught surprisingly often.
