Hello - I need leg help decalcifying my Impresa C 5

I have started the descaling program after request. It also went through to the point where you have to empty the residual water tank and rinse out the fresh water tank and replace it. Next, the steam nozzle opened and waited until it blinked again.

Some water came out of the steam nozzle and it flashed. Then I closed it and now the display for the water tank, the display for descaling and the display on the steam knob flashes.

Turning the steam knob on and off again does not help. the program does not go on. I have already switched off the machine and pulled the mains plug. After switching on again I am again at the same point. the three LEDs mentioned above flash. Can anyone help me?
