Hello together

When the KVA is started up, the display freezes, does not draw water, does not rinse and does not heat, complete standstill see picture.

Is there perhaps air in the system and therefore the MWIP cannot draw water ? Is there a manual option here? Because the display is frozen and you don't get a vent.

I can't help you with your problem, but I have my problems with the same machine. The milk doesn't foam any more, it's just heated up, but the cup warmer gets so hot that you think it's starting to glow.

Despite the warranty package, the machine was returned to me unprocessed, and letters by mail or fax were not answered.

My question would therefore be what technology is built into the machine and where to get spare parts.

Maybe someone who knows his way around can answer both questions, Daniel's as well as mine........
