I got an EQ 5 TE 506509 DE/10 as a present which also ran perfectly since yesterday the message "Beans refill" is displayed although the container is full after I read in the manual I hoped to eliminate the error. Although I cleaned the machine today the error still exists the work is painting for a short time then the message "refill beans" appears it is also painting for a short time because there is coffee powder in the lower drawer. I also took out the brewing unit and cleaned everything. What else can I do to get the machine working again
