Hello,My Esam 3600 cannot be switched on anymore. After switching on the machine, Diagnosis appears, then the machine goes to rest, the time is displayed. The problem has already occurred three times forever after hot water supply. After opening the fairing, I noticed that the black hose water outlet on the thermoblock was no longer completely attached. After pressing the hose with a screwdriver the machine worked again. The same problem and the same remedy after several times of water. Now the same error again, but pressing the hose on the hose does not help anymore. Power button measured through OK. I cannot activate test mode. I noticed that after drawing water into the collecting tray underneath the water tank, some hot water runs out, is that normal? There is also a switch behind the control panel housing on the right where the actuating pin is missing. This switch can be operated through a slot in the housing.
