ESAM 03.110 Brew group wrong position

Hi,

I've been having a problem with my fully automatic machine for a few weeks now.

After a few brewing processes, the brewing group itself moves into the correct position. However, the powder pickup stays on top and does not pull down.

So the brew group is at the top in completely pushed together position. However, it should be pulled out so that coffee powder can be taken up.

Intrinsic grease is the extract. Sometimes it also works, then again not. Woram can that lie?
