Probably many will envy me for this, but when it comes to the topic of good coffee, it looks then again different.

I live in Austria, more precisely in Tyrol. At about 1300 meters. The water here is very low in calcium.
So very soft water.

Now I have read, on several sites, that soft water tends to favor the acids in coffee. Which is reflected in the taste, as the coffee then tastes quite acidic.

Now I wanted to ask if anyone knows of a way to make the water "harder"?

Many thanks in advance.

Many greetings
