EQ6 aborts descaling!

Hello all
,Am also like some other users here a plagued Eq6 owner. After once again the cycle of 20 cups is through, we have a new problem. It is described as follows, the descaling program is started, the machine works, then in the middle of the machine breaks off. It restarts and the display shows "Machine is being rinsed after service interruption!", then it does this for a moment and then the message "Fault Call service hotline!" appears. Has anyone had this before! Thanks in advance for the replies, stay well!
