Miele cva 3660

Brewing group jams

Hello together,
with my Miele cva 3660 the brewing group is stuck and doesn't drive up to the starting position anymore, then the brewing group with the gear mech.has started up and the machine does some covers again but then stucks again.
Think that it can't be the engine.
Can someone give me a tip?
