MIELE CVA 5060 decalcifies until the last day

I have a Miele CVA5060 and am very satisfied with it.

Unfortunately I have a problem with descaling right now.

The appliance starts the 14 minute procedure normally and stops in the last minute and rinses until there is no more water in the tank and then does not stop.
The display shows "Process takes 1 minute". You can then add as much water as you want. The water is simply pumped through until the
tank is empty.
Switching off does not help, after that you have to
start
the descaling process again

Is there a trick or what is the mistake?

we've had similar complaints that he got stuck in the decalcification process.
with us, the problem was that remnants of the grinding fell into the device. This caused this malfunction. Miele has a modification that ensures that the residue of the grind enters the collection tray. And after that, no more problems.
