Jura ENA9 - coarse grinding

Hello,
Following a blockage in the grinder, I dismantled, emptied, vacuumed and unstuck the grinder. I also found a piece of my last maintenance tablet in the ground coffee, which was full...
I cleaned it again and put everything back in working order... Except that the machine no longer grinds finely. It makes a very loud grinding noise, but I find crushed beans in the container.

Has anyone ever had this (sudden) problem? Could someone point me in the direction of a reliable after-sales service or repairer?

Hello, Jura grinders are not a problem. Surely you have assembled the grinder incorrectly. There is a lot of information on the net. Brewing unit should also be directly overhauled.
Parts also on the net at the relevant KVA parts dealers.
