HelloI got
a Jura IMPRESSA S9 avantgarde, titanium. With the error appears drawer is missing. Since the drawer is open on the right side about 5mm I thought something is in the way. Here in the forum I have read the Tresterbehälter bumps on the brewing unit which has not inizialisiert. With me the error remains however also after removing the Tresterbehälter's and the upper screen of the drawer (residual water container). My questions: How does the Machiene recognize the drawer? Via the plastic pin on the drawer which activates a switch. Or about the metal tabs that give cotakt. In my case there are only 3 contacts on the left 2 and on the right 1 in the machine where the tabs are inserted. Is this normal or the fault.

The drawer is detected via the metal contacts. The two contacts next to each other are for detecting the drip tray. The third contact is for detecting when the drip tray is full.
You can try to clean the contacts. With a little luck that will be enough.
Otherwise replace and hope that it works again. In the worst case it can also be a defective control.

for your answer has helped me a lot. I have cleaned the 2 contacts and the residual water tank without success. Then I have the 2 contacts bridged and found that bridging alone does not help but the contactor must be inserted far enough. Then the error message disappears. It heats up. I think it is because the drawer is not far enough in the tray the 5-10mm missing. warumm I can not see.

The interior is clean? You can take off the front panel of the drip tray. Then you might see where it's stuck.

The bezel is off and everything is clean. i suspect the contacts or guide pin is jammed.

Machine runs. In the right contact was a foreign body probably Papierknübbetchen light brown well camouflaged. Got it with a pair of tweezers to grab. Many thanks for your support.
