Quickmill 5000A does not pump after basic cleaning

Posted by: schongezahlt October 07, 2012 04:27 pm

Hello together,

>for some time I am rebuilding QM 5000, but this is unfortunately the first time that I do not know any more.

I took them apart as usual, cleaned and reassembled all hoses and parts.

The self-test runs normally when switched on. When I then press the flush button, I only hear a clack (should the solenoid valve be?). The pump does not start and after a few seconds it beeps and the water light comes on.

I already changed the pump. None of the used ones will start. There are only strange 135V on the pump for a few seconds.

> Has anyone ever stumbled across a problem like this?

Thank you!

The war´s already twice at my machine, when suddenly nothing worked anymore...

Hi,

so the door contact switch falls flat in my eyes, because otherwise the valve would not start and the program would not start.

I would check the wiring again. Also on the circuit board.
