Hello, I hope someone can help me.
I am already in despair.
The following problem:
When I insert the empty water tank, comes the message " please refill water
.
As far as normal. But when I add water, the machine tells me, "Please insert water tank. It says the same thing when I insert a full water tank.
I don't know what to do.
If I send it in, it will cost 200 € and then the machine is not new and it could break again soon. If I knew exactly what was defective, I would dare to open the machine myself. Has anyone already had something like this? The magnet in the water tank moves freely. It is about 3 years old so no warranty anymore.

I have same problem just this morning... I fill water tank, but error messages tells that water tank have to fill up... And yes, this magnet mooving freely..
