Krups EA 8105 leaky

A wonderful to all here
, since I write on the mobile phone excuses please the abbreviated variant. So to my problem my Krups AE 8105 is unfortunately leaking and the water runs out right at the bottom of the brewing unit. I already replaced the rings on the piston and everything else looks really good, the engine is about 2.5 years old. Does anyone have any idea what else it could be? By the way, I'm a complete layman
