Hello together,

>I need your opinion.
My father-in-law accidentally filled water into our DeLonghi EAM 3500 S in the slit for ground coffee.
It was said that there was about 1 litre of water running out of the machine and standing in the black coffee container.
Togehter with my wife you tried to fix the mishap, but
I'm really unsure if there might have been some permanent damage.
about this he only said that it was "a cheap machine" if something could have happened there.

My question is now to you:
- what do you think, the machine could have gotten a damage
(is maybe somebody the same happened?
-Ist an inspection advisable?

Thx

Remove the lid from the underbody. It's 7 T20 security Torx screws. Below there are 2 switches (pomace and lower limit switch) and the reed board. Make sure you get everything dry.

Thanks for the quick answer, so you think it could have been seriously damaged?
An inspection would not be necessary?
The fully automatic coffee machine was still in use several times afterwards.

Others had cleaned the inside of the vending machine wet. After that, there were disturbances in this area. A liter of water is already a house number.
