EAM 3500 broken?

Hello? I think my EAM 3500 is defective. After a descaling procedure, no more coffee comes out of the outlet. But the machine seems to suck water from the water tank. However, the water does not reach the brewing group, but seems to come out of the appliance above the water tank. So practically from the device itself underneath the cup support plate.

Comical is only that everything had apparently worked until decalcification. Could it be that something like a hose just came loose? Doesn't have to be much. But in this state, I just can't get to my beloved coffee.

Another problem seems to be that I can no longer retrieve the values I programmed (coffee flow and milk quantity). No matter what I program, it always comes out the same amount of coffee or milk.

Both is an event for the service. The machine is slightly over 1 year old.
