Hello fully automatic coffee machines lovers community

I have purchased a Thermoplan Black White One 3 with milk cooling unit cheaply.
Now the machine requires me to lead a cleaning through.
My question to you, you can also use third-party cleaning tabs.
For milk cleaning 7g and Cafe 3g tabs in the original containers.
Must I pay attention to the number of grams and/or size diameter of the tab ?
