Hello,

I kept my Cafe Crema, but unfortunately I now notice more and more that the cafe is only lukewarm from the machine, or very quickly gets cold in the cup.

Thanks to someone who knows what this can be?

Thanks.

I only decalcified last week, that shouldn't be the problem.

Well decalcifying and decalcifying are 2 pairs of boots, do you have a thermometer? please measure the temperature at the coffee outlet should be 87° +- 5°.

Hello have the same problem ..... only i have a Rowenta SE6800 i know this is a SECO thread but i used the search function and ended up here tongue.gif

so with me it is so my coffee is lukewarm/warm if you add milk you can drink it as iced coffee - the decalcifying is all nice and I do it regularly. When it is decalcified the first 2-3 coffees are really hot as it should be the fourth one is as cold as the others...

so we have a Saeco Vienna in our shop which is already a bit older but is cared for by me top smile.gif it gets cleaned all around every day incl. brewing group collecting container etc... and when I make a coffee it is really hot....

If you still have warranty on it no problem, bring the there. But if you prove ne calcification, it is no more warranty and then you pay the beautiful good
