EA815 Help Restart

, my daughter has bequeathed us her EA815. This we had, when we were at her bescuh, already partially "broken". So after that, the cup function (1 or 2) could no longer be used. Now she has bought something new and left us the machine. After a basic cleaning, however, it no longer works at all. Somehow it hangs completely in start mode or whatever that is supposed to be. Even when everything is properly assembled, the cycle runs continuously. The noise comes from a unit whose function I do not know. I have attached a video for you.
Maybe someone can do something with it and give me appropriate tips. It would be a pity if the part would have to go to the garbage.
