Turned on without brew group

Fully automatic machine without brew group switched on

Hello,

I need your help urgently as this is not my fully automatic machine.

I turned on the fully automatic machine, however the brew group was missing. Machine came on, then red light came on. Opened door and saw that brew group was missing, now the stamp is either at the top not secure or at the bottom so the brew group cannot be inserted. What can I do ?

It should be the De Longhi ECAM 23.210

Google "delonghi ecam 23.210 test mode" and see if you can get the drive back down.
