Saeco Royal One Touch Cappucino

Hello everyone,
I have a problem with my Saeco Royal One Touch.
The machine is stuck in the cleaning program "Clean brew group". Unfortunately, the program can not be canceled. The water goes directly from the water tank into the drip tray. Unfortunately, nothing comes out of the spout. Then the program starts all over again.
I have already tried it with descaler in the water tank, but unfortunately without result.
Do you have an idea / a tip, to what it could be?

Which way does the water run into the drip tray? Via the pressure relief valve or via the drain behind the brew group?
Is the pump loud, quiet? Or does it make normal noises?

HI, thanks for your feedback. The brew group makes loud "cracking" noises.
Can't tell exactly where the water is going through unfortunately, but probably then through the pressure relief valve. There is nothing to be seen with the brew group. The water lands directly in the drip tray.
