After switching on the machine, the start/stop button flashes red. If you press it once, the repair key is displayed in red and the error code 22. Who can help here?

Im display wird der code 22 oder e21 angezeigt.
Die tastur wurde nicht erkannt, es gibt ein problem mit der schnittstelle und/oder verkabelung.

Problem: Code 22 or E21 appears on the display.
The keypad has not been recognized, or there is a problem with the interface and/or wiring.

Basically, check the status, the correct setting (jumper), or the correct connection of the interface managing the keypad.
