Siemens EQ 7 Plus - Problems

Hello together,

I found this forum during my research and hope that you can help me here. I have taken over a used EQ 7 Plus (TE716F19DE/21) from my parents, which is now in use for a few months.

The machine is already a bit older (date of purchase: 02/2014). Since a few days we have the following problems:

Coffee Latte: only milk is poured into the glass, the coffee is missingCoffee Crema: since today the cup remains empty (also no water

Possibly there is a little bit more clattering than usual (can also be imagination).
Yesterday
I
carried out the complete descaling program (Calc N Clean) without any problems. The error remains. The brewing unit is cleaned regularly under running water.
If I knew what exactly is defective, I would possibly start repairing it myself. Alternatively I have seen that Simens offers a flat rate repair if I see it right (242 Euro).... The question is, what will break next
