Brewing group cracks when driving back

Good morning

since today the brewing group of my Siemens eq500 Classic is unfortunately causing problems.
I cleaned it yesterday and already noticed when I took it out that it is a bit crooked.

This morning I couldn't use it because the motor drive in the machine is slightly offset and the corresponding counterpart on the brewing group is slightly off-set.

I only managed to bridge the door and put the brewing group back in again and everything works fine (coffee etc.) but when I move the brewing group back after rinsing it always cracks loudly and I cannot remove the brewing group normally when the machine is switched off.

Does anyone have any ideas ? Is it because of the brewing group or the motor ?
