Hello,

We have a Jura Z6. The machine does not recognize the cleaning tablet after insertion,
i.e. it prompts on the display to insert the cleaning tablet, although this is already inside.
When the machine is then switched off, the tablet falls into the coffee grounds container.

What can I do?
