Hello, who can help me.
My machine shows in the display "grinding mechanism blocked". I have so far removed the coffee bean container and removed all the beans up to the grinder (no stones or similar found only coffee beans). Do I have to dismantle the grinder now? Who can help me - how I have to proceed?

Hello,

You are best looking for the identical models of the Saeco Incanto series in your problem. There may be some help there.
