Breakdown Siemens eq7

Good morning, everyone. I'm new to this forum. I have a Siemens Eq7 that I haven't used in months. When I turned it on, the display said "rotate spout" and after a few taps, that message disappeared and the display said "failure call customer service". What does this message mean? How to test the different components of the machine? I started by dismantling and cleaning the spout, the grinder (which was very dirty and didn't even turn) and the brewing unit. Until we get it all up at night, I'm waiting for your advice. Thank you in advance

Hello again. I tested the grinder outside the machine and it works fine. I have reassembled the machine but I press the start button, the siemens sign appears and then again the message "failure contact customer service". Is this the motherboard?
