Only half cups EQ 5

Only half cups of coffee

Hi everyone I
have a TE506501DE06 that hasn't been delivering
full cups of coffee for
some time
now.

The cups are more like half full.

The

brewing unit is clean and I just ran the cleaning and descaling program again, but it

didn't bring any improvement. There is no

error message

.

When I draw hot water the cup is

really full.

I have also tested another brew unit, so it is

not better?

What can this

be?
