TK76k573 Siemens built-in coffee machine

Hello, maybe somebody can help me. My coffee machine won't make any more coffee. I can grind it, but then the coffee falls dry into the container. The machine also makes a strange continuous noise all the time, which does not go out. I have descaled it. Cleaning with the tablet did not work. It didn't dissolve at all, it was completely in the collecting tray. I have already exchanged the ceramic valve and pump. At the sensor test there is always a 1 behind these terms: powder comp., Milk froth, Reed Up, Brew. dw. In the error memory it says: CV to:1, pump to:25; overtemp:358; shutdown:19, over pr factor: 23, over pr temp:221.
