Eq7 Grinder output clogged?

Hello,

The coffee in my machine became thinner and thinner, the pomace more and more misshapen, smaller and more muddy, sometimes dry powder lay on the brewing unit. I then noticed that the output of the grinder was completely clogged with powder. Is that how it should be and new powder is always being added?
In any case, I removed the grinder once and cleaned it completely, the output was completely free. But after only 4 coffees the error pattern is exactly the same again. I am at a loss as to what the reason could be. Is the grinder simply defective? Since I am still studying I would be twice as angry if I had to pay 90 Euro for a new one and the error is somewhere
