QM 5000 troubleshooting

Hello,
I recently bought a QM 5000, which is unfortunately defective. When the machine is started, it switches to heating (red diode is on) without having carried out the start check.
Can someone help me find the cause of the error? I'm very grateful for that. All control keys are ineffective, only the red diode shines.
My German is not very good because of that please forgive me.

Hello
Now it's okay with my QM ales. I replaced the circuit board, repaired the grinding mechanism (was jammed), the grinding discs still have to be replaced and after that I will be working on the right tuning of my machine.
