Message empty record container although empty

Hello, my Saeco Exprelia reports "Empty set container and drip tray" although both have been emptied and cleaned. Brewing group is already cleaned, error message remains - no more menu call possible. Can anyone give you a hint?

Did you empty these two things while the device was in operation...?

There is a counter in there that counts and only resets to zero when this request comes and you then do this.

Then please remove for at least 10 seconds the drip tray and the remnant container and empty. so that the counter is reset to zero.

I got that problem now, too. During the decalcification process, the request to empty the water often occurs. I did. However, the machine has somehow not registered the last emptying. How can I return the whole thing to its original state?

It's the same with me:
When the cleaning program is running, the machine keeps asking to empty the drip trays and the typesetting container, even though the things are really well emptied. So open the machine, take the two containers out, after 5 or 30 seconds back in again, the program goes on for a few seconds, then again the same request: empty the drip containers, etc. This has been going on for three hours. Annoying. The idling really started with the rinsing program. The machine is new.
Have any of you found a solution?

I also have this problem especially with the cleaning process. I found a trick: after emptying the drip tray and the type container and the error message comes back again and again 5 seconds wait (until type container insert only lights up) and then do not close the door completely until the cleaning menu is visible and then finish the process with not completely closed door. That way you can at least get through and in normal operation I don't have the error so often. Of course, it's stupid that Philips doesn't even answer to this Frgae.

The message Empty drip tray... although it has just been emptied, there is a trick that customer service has told us. You should use the cotton swab to dry the wells in the bowl. Then the cleaning program continues to run.

I have the same problem, Saeco Exprelia Eva. When descaling, the machine suddenly praises and always displays the error message Emptying the grounds container and drip tray.
We have brought the machine to a repair. The answer is: electronics broken, buy new machine. A repair is too expensive.

Is there still a possibility? The machine is 5 years old and well maintained!
