Crema with air bubbles

Hello! Maybe someone can help me. I have a Siemens EQ 6 plus 300, the coffee tastes great, the crema has a nice colour, but with so many air bubbles on it, it won't last long. All the settings (grind, temperature,,,) don't work. Does anyone have the same experience?

Hello,

it is possible that the coffee variety contains a high proportion of Robusta. That's why you can see a lot of air bubbles... Have you tried an Arabica coffee? biggrin.gif
