Hello!

Maybe one of you has this machine (see photo) ... I just bought it cheap used.
From Quickmill I also have the original instructions but I can not cope with a few things because the instructions are also really poor.
First, I do not know how I can get steam to froth over the lance, then it is not clear to me how to use ground coffee and the function American coffee I do not get it.
It's all in the manual...but I don't understand it....
And there is still the menu technique, where you can only get with a password...what do you do there?
