Schaerer Vito Descaling

I have, from our office / catering task, now since the beginning of this year our Schaerer Vito at home in operation.
Equipment:
3 containers, cocoa powder, espresso and coffee Crema
.

Integrated milk cooler, pomace container monitoring, (pomace full warning).
Hot water and steam extraction. And much more.

Problem:
Unfortunately, the machine has no switch to switch between tank and solid water
.
At Schaerer called AquaFlex and sits behind the right cover, or behind the fresh water tank.

Now it is time for descaling. I already had the problem at the beginning of the year that I only got as far as the rinsing process with the tank, because then I had to remove the tank, screw in the blind plug from the tank to the machine and connect the machine with a long hose to the fixed water.
That gave a huge mess, drip tray overflowed, etc....

Since I operate the machine only with water tank, one can not

As a spare part I have not found the switch at Schaerer. The hole for it, but is pre-punched in the appropriate place.
