Nivona NICR 530

Hello all together,

my NICR 530 is spinning since a few days.

When the machine is switched on and heats up, water already escapes via the milk frother during this process - drop by drop...
If the rinse is performed, the water also runs over the milk frother instead of - as normally - over the coffee outlet.
When coffee is drawn it behaves identically, the water is discharged via the milk frother and the freshly ground coffee loads dry in the marc.

I have already replaced the outlet valve (Y-shape), as I suspected this to be the source of the evil, unfortunately without success.
