Quickmill does not draw water through the coffee

Hello experts,

my machine Quickmill MOD.05500 Super Cappucchino doesn't draw any water into the cups, neither through the coffee grounds nor on the direct way as hot water - after the coffee has been ground the water runs through the return valve into the lower catch tank - and that's not even reliable - sometimes it still works correctly, but more and more rarely.

Hi,

that sounds like a massive calcified machine. I would recommend 1-2 decalcification processes. I'd recommend the Puly descaler. No citric acid or such supermarket chocolates.

I guess that part of the passages are to be. The older Quick Mill fully automatic machines use valves with relatively small openings, which are of course relatively quick to open.
