Decalcification of the ECAM 22.360

For years, the descaling process of my Delonghi ECAM.22.360b worked smoothly. But now the descaling does not stop until the water in the tank is gone. Because the water is already gone after about 20 minutes, it does not even come to the "FILL WATER TANK" message on the display.

Does anyone have an idea what the problem could be?

No, it does not recognize. As soon as the water is used up, the machine starts to hum and then comes the display "WATER CIRCUIT EMPTY /FILL WATER CIRCUIT"!

Unfortunately, I rejoiced too soon..... The descaling runs and takes no end, even if the water is used....Because it goes hours without ever the message "WASSERTANK FÜLLEN" appears on the display! What could be the reason?

The magnet in the tank will be defective. The machine does not recognize the empty water tank.
The only thing that will help is a new water tank.

Remove the two screws. There is a nose that snaps into place.
