Krups fully automatic coffee machine ea 810

I have since Christmas the coffee machine EA 810
.we are very satisfied with the coffee and the operation...but 3 times he has now disappointed me.
The 1st descaling then went the MIlchschäumer 2 days no longer.
Then the water ran out from under the machine and damaged 3 drawers with water-which then swelled up...4yr old kitchenOn the
2nd descaling just now.
..the descaling
symbol was gone afterwards...Although I was supposed to run water through 2 more times
....

Always a new surprise? What's next.
Please can you answer me what to do now without the symbol.
What does it mean when rags come along?
Last time when I wanted help , I should give my bank details...what is this...?

Bought new or used? if new, contact the manufacturer!

I have the machine since Dec.2020-so 8 weeks....
Bought at Retoura...as a demonstration machine, but warranty is granted....
