Cleaning with Impressa F50

After the start of the cleaning program, the tray must first be emptied and then, after resetting and pressing the CARE button, the cleaning tablet should be inserted in the next step. With me however the bowl is ejected approx. 1cm and cannot be pushed in again by hand. Only after pressing the small, white switch at the back of the shell shaft with a longer rod do the conductive rubbers return to their initial position and the shell can be pushed back in again. But it doesn't help, because a cleaning is still required and the next game starts all over again.
Can anyone help me?

The trestle shovel is probably bent or the trestle container is warped by cleaning in the dishwasher.
Leave the grape marc container out of it. Then the dry cleaning would have to go through. When you make your coffee, the bowl remains in the machine?
