Hello everyone, I bought a siemens EQ.7 coffee machine plus I.series TE716501DE/20, it worked perfectly, one day it asked to be cleaned, I activated it and I wanted to do a descaling and since that day it always displays (rinse the water tank and fill it) I press start the water does not reach the spout but I find it in the collecting tray, I tried the descaling tablets but always the same result and the same message returns (rinse the water tank and fill.)
If you can help me I will be happy to thank you in advance.
