Miele CVA 6800

Hello Forum,

I am a member of today's Miele CVA 6800, because I receive the following message

Insert the water tank until it clicks into place.

I have already done what is stated in the operating instructions. I also called the customer service hotline. She told me to remove the gasket (on the machine side) and clean it. If that doesn't help (which it didn't do), then disconnect the complete machine from the power supply for 30 minutes. That didn't help either.

Now it seems all I can do is call the service technician. He comes then for 119, - € and the remaining costs stand in the Nirvana.

With a vending machine that cleans itself more than it produces coffee, I can't quite understand that.

If necessary, I open it myself, but I would need a little support. Has anyone ever had the same mistake and found a solution. Is there perhaps a key combination and the automat hard to reset, so that I come at least times again into a cleaning program, or so ...
