Hello! I
have a Krups EA815, almost 2.5 years old. The machine wanted to carry out the maintenance flushing more and more frequently in the last weeks. At the last coffee no more water came out of the tap. All the coffee went down in the grape marc. Now the machine does not come out of the Reinings program any more and several litres are used without returning to the coffee mode. Everything in and around the machine is clean. The hotline said that I can only return the machine at my own expense as
there is
no
longer any warranty.
I have now unscrewed the machine and noticed that the otherwise final noise (a kind of clacking) for the disposal of the compresses is missing. Otherwise the device has done this even during or after maintenance/cleaning. But the transport arm is movable. I have searched the internet but
found nothing yet.
The sealing rings are completely okay and calcified or contaminated is
also nothing...
