Hot water instead of coffee

Hello,
has anyone any idea?
EQ.7 Plus
Instead of the coffee coming out of the coffee spout, hot water comes out of the spout for hot water.
This is not always the case but it happens more and more often.
Also when pressing Start for coffee, often some water first comes out of the hot water spout.
I have decalcified the machine more often and of course also cleaned it, that can't be the reason.
